When people find out they're at risk for sudden cardiac arrest, they're often too overwhelmed to ask their doctor the hundreds of questions they'll eventually have about living with an ICD.

So we made a website with over 500 questions and answers for them, and a campaign to promote it. It all got major recognition from the Webby Awards, and kept getting 25K+ hits even five years after it launched.
