Using Liveclicker plugins, we created a choose-your-own adventure style story within our emails that highlighted the significance of choice and discovery in Detroit: Become Human. Then, we followed up with emails that asked users to make choices to receive tips, along with additional messaging about the in-game choices they made.
While working on PlayStation, my team doubled open rates and pushed the technological limits of CRM—selling countless games, consoles, and services in the process. I also spent some time working on the launch of Purina Beyond, including their CRM plan, and looking at a lot of cute pictures of pets.
